National Alumni Association Awards Nomination Form
The National Alumni Association invites nominations for the annual National Alumni Association Awards, which honor our distinguished and notable alumni for their volunteer leadership, career and service achievements, notable citizenship, commitment to PC, and more. (See categories for consideration.)
The awards will be presented to members of all class years.
Nomination Eligibility: All members of the Providence College community — including, but not limited to, alumni, parents, students, family members, faculty, staff, and friends — will be able to nominate a potential candidate for an alumni award. Self-nominations will not be accepted. Nominations are valid for a three-year period.
Award Eligibility: All members of the Providence College alumni community are eligible to receive a National Alumni Association Award, including full-time college employees. Past recipients are not eligible to receive the same award twice, but may be considered for an award in a different category at least three years following initial recognition. Consideration is given first to nominees who have not received a past award. Individuals who have received an honorary degree from Providence College will not be considered for a National Alumni Award. This is considered the college’s most distinguished award. Current National Alumni Association Council (NAAC) members will not be considered during their term.
Nominations received after July 31, 2024 will be considered in the 2024-2025 nomination pool.
