Active shooter on Brown University campus near Barus & Holley Engineering building, near Brook and Hope Streets. Situation remains ongoing. First responders and law enforcement are on scene. Avoid area until we get all clear. We are strongly encouraging all students to remain in their residence halls and/or off campus houses at this time.
