Recurring Gifts
By setting up a recurring gift, you can provide continuous support to Providence College not just throughout the year, but for many years to come. Whether it’s monthly or annually, your recurring gift ensures a steady stream of resources that allow us to plan and meet the evolving needs of our students and programs. It’s an easy, flexible way to maximize your impact and sustain the mission of Providence College. Every gift, no matter the size, contributes to making a difference.
Memorial and Tribute Gifts
If you have a loved one who has been impacted by Providence College, establishing a memorial or tribute gift is a meaningful way to honor them or celebrate a special occasion, such as a birthday, while supporting our mission. Your memorial or tribute gift will extend the legacy of your loved one and will make a difference.
Donor Advised Funds
A donor advised fund (DAF), which is like a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to Providence College and other qualified charities.
Planned Giving
When you include Providence College in your estate plan, your generosity supports academic excellence and success for Friars well into the future. Learn more about wills and living trusts, giving from your IRA, real estate, donor advised fund, charitable lead trusts and more.
Payroll Deduction
Providence College faculty and staff can make a lasting impact through the convenience of payroll deduction. This simple and automatic giving option ensures your support makes a difference throughout the year, all while fitting seamlessly into your budget. It’s an easy and effective way for the Friar community to strengthen the mission and programs that enrich our students’ lives.
Stock or Securities
Gifts of appreciated assets, rather than cash, often can be made to Providence College and may provide special tax advantages to you and your family. Giving appreciated stocks, bonds, or mutual funds can allow for the avoidance of capital gains taxes and, in most instances, a charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the donation.
