National Alumni Association President

Each year, more than 300 alumni volunteers give their time and talents to support Providence College events, initiatives, and other engagement opportunities. As the chair of The Fund for Providence College and the president of the National Alumni Association, we invite you to explore the many ways you can make a difference. Whether it’s organizing programs for fellow Friars, making a sustaining impact through philanthropy, or connecting with other alumni, your involvement helps our community thrive. Volunteer Opportunities

National Alumni Council (NAC)

Established in 1923, the Providence College National Alumni Association promotes the concept of being “Forever a Friar” by facilitating connections across its network of 60,000+ alumni worldwide and is deeply committed to advancing the mission of Providence College. The National Alumni Council (NAC) is the leadership group that administers the association’s business and programs through programming, volunteerism, service, promotion of philanthropic support, and recognition.

Regional and Affinity Groups

Regional alumni clubs and networks, and affinity groups like Friars of Color, offer alumni across the country and in Friartown opportunities to socialize, cheer on the Friars, network, and engage with Providence College.  These groups have leadership positions associated with them to help organize their efforts. If you are interested in serving as leader with a particular region or affinity, email us at alumni@providence.edu.

The Fund for Providence College Leadership Council

The Fund for Providence College Leadership Council is a network of dedicated alumni volunteers who champion the power of giving back. United by a shared commitment to Providence College, the Leadership Council helps strengthen the Friar community and elevate the student experience. It offers opportunities to get involved, give back, and make a real impact to PC.

Reunion Program

Joining your Reunion Planning Committee is a great way reconnect with classmates, help organize an unforgettable celebration, and inspire support for your class fundraising goals. This yearlong commitment culminates at Reunion Weekend. Serving on The Fund for Providence College Leadership Council is an additional way to advance the college’s mission by encouraging philanthropic support and engaging fellow alumni in meaningful ways.

Class Ambassador Program

Class Ambassadors are volunteer representatives for their class, working collaboratively with the Office of Alumni Relations and the National Alumni Council. Class Ambassadors promote events, initiatives, and other engagement opportunities to alumni while also representing PC in their daily lives.
